Description
Starting from March 1, 2018, Chow Tai Seng Jewellery Co., Ltd. has implemented the use of anti-counterfeit QR codes on product labels. All product labels are equipped with anti-counterfeit QR codes, allowing customers to verify the authenticity of the product labels through these QR codes.
The query result only proves that the product is sold through the company's official channels. If further verification of the product's authenticity is required, customers are kindly asked to bring the product to the local store, where the staff will inspect the physical item.
Due to the difference in measuring equipment, there may be a ±0.01g fair tolerance between the product weight and the label record, which is in line with the relevant national measurement regulations.
Please be aware that daily wearing may cause wear and tear to the jewelry, and the gold weight may differ from the label information.
